We truly appreciate the kind attitude and constructive criticism.

” A center where you feel like part of the family.

There is always great attention to patients, a warm and family-like atmosphere, and well-coordinated work.

The whole family of masters works here, with mutual support and very friendly ceremonies.
Lots of joy and live music.

I’m glad that the shamans are learning and improving their skills. With each visit, the work became deeper.
There is no distinction between a foreigner and a local.

” Maloka of Cesar and his family is a gentle, kind, and attentive place..

The Maynas Bardales family welcomes all patients as part of their own family and cares for them as if they were their closest relatives. You eat the same food they eat, and you live in the same conditions they live in. This allows for the deepest experience in the ceremonies because you truly become a local.

” The energy of the place is beautiful and healing.

For me, Rao Kano Xobo has felt like returning home. My experience at this center has been incredibly transformative, and the work and guidance of the masters have supported me through the greatest life processes. I am deeply grateful for everything I have received.

” A compact yet very meaningful space.

This is the small Maloka. It felt homely, cozy, and warm! The main effect of a small space is intimacy. It was a transcendental and unforgettable experience. I will definitely return to Cesar’s family again!

” To understand its uniqueness and essence in healing, it is necessary to visit the ancestral medicine center Rao Kano Xobo.

As an introduction, I can attest that it took me a dozen years to return to the jungle and work with different masters before arriving in Irapai, Pucallpa, in the heart of the Maynas family.

Before discovering Rao Kano Xobo, I did diets in Iquitos and Paoyahn with the Mahua family, Master Bejamin and Guilberto Mahua, as well as at the Huishtin Sanctuary on the Boiling River with Enrique Paredes. I stayed at the maloka of old Pablo Amaringo, guided by a local doctor, and spent time with Cielo in Restinga, who was always searching for the best masters to work with her groups.

Earlier this year, I had the privilege of working at the Moyano Center in Tingo María, but it is at Rao Kano Xobo where, no matter what I do or how much I fail, I find a safe harbor for my shipwrecked vessel and a helping hand to make repairs and mend the torn sails.

Life can be tumultuous, and true friendships are forged through trials; this testimony comes at the end of eight years of rather harsh trials and tribulations, during which I lost my wife and went through difficult times, always finding support in the Maynas family. Once they welcome you into their fold, they never abandon you, as if you were, in every sense, part of their family.

Cesar Soimetsa has been my master for four years, having revived me and brought me back to life after my spouse’s passing. To him, I owe much of my current sanity and well-being. His ability to cleanse heavy energies is well known, and he is one of the few masters sought after by high-profile Peruvians holding positions in regional offices, as well as Russian entrepreneurs who land in private jets for consecutive three-night ceremonies before taking off early in the morning.

However, the center remains as humble as ever due to the fact that César charges a fixed fee for the ceremonies he performs, regardless of how wealthy his clients may be.

Rao Kano Xobo offers much more than traditional plant-based diets. It provides kambo frog medicine, massage therapy, bone alignment, healing sessions with bufo, and more, as the center is open to practitioners of different healing modalities, including but not limited to those found in the Amazon.

For example, Master César and Edith are studying quantum psychology and apply its methods in their ceremonial work, which primarily deals with energy transformation. Ayahuasca serves as a unique umbrella, creating space for different healing modalities to work together and complement each other. Likewise, Rao Kano Xobo is a unique medicine center that embraces, accommodates, and grows by opening its doors to healing practitioners from all backgrounds and recognizing the value of their contributions.

It is a place to make connections and build genuine friendships that transcend time and space, both physically and spiritually. It is a medicine center with many spokes radiating from a common hub, connecting too many masters and individuals to list here. Some of them include Masters Sonia Tara and Roberto Castañeda, Master Eric Menesis and Diosa, Dr. Inna Sergeeva, Master Ivan Suarez and Bima Saldaña, Don Rogelio, etc.

I cannot recommend Rao Kano Xobo enough for the immense value of the experience I have had over the years, always connected by the invisible umbilical cord extended to me by the family. It is the energetic connection that pulses and tugs at the soul—sometimes gently, other times persistently and irresistibly.

Rao Kano Xobo is not a vacation retreat from the world; on the contrary, it is a place to confront the issues that prevent us from living a conscious and fulfilling life and to dive deep into their resolution.

True medicine is like the red pill that Morpheus offers Neo in The Matrix: Do you really want to know what reality is? How deep do you wish to go down the rabbit hole?

True medicine will show us both paradise and its opposite. It will reveal our potential and what holds us back. It will give us tools to resolve things and inspire us to leap into the unknown because the heights match the depths, and without plumbing the depths, one can never ascend to the heavens.
